Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you are located! Every day, we deliver to customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1) Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality reviewing and packaging. 

• All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. 
• The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes approximately 2–4 days.

2) Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. 

• International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. 
• US orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. 
• After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive at an eligible U.S. address
• Deliveries may arrive in less time or longer due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as access to delivery location strike, severe storms, man-made or natural disasters, etc.
• In the event there is an issue with delivering your order, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.

Please note:

• An attempted delivery on or before the anticipated delivery date meets our delivery responsibility.
• An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the anticipated delivery date meets our delivery responsibility.

Refunds Due to Shipping Issues

To inquire about a refund of the shipping fees you paid on this order, contact us at refund@drkeciab.com with your order information, address listed on order and email address and we will process your refund accordingly.
