The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1) Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality reviewing and packaging.
- All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes approximately 2–4 days.
2) Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
- International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
- US orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
- After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 5 and 10 business days to arrive at an eligible U.S. address
- Deliveries may arrive in less time or longer due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, such as access to delivery location strike, severe storms, man-made or natural disasters, etc.
- In the event there is an issue with delivering your order, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
- An attempted delivery on or before the anticipated delivery date meets our delivery responsibility.
- An offer by the carrier of a delivery appointment on or before the anticipated delivery date meets our delivery responsibility.
Refunds Due to Shipping Issues
